A raft of radical measures is set to begin at Nairobi city hall as the county government plans to go cashless in revenue collection in a bid to tame corruption.
Top level managers are being probed for fraud as city hall launches a new recruitment drive from tomorrow. The county says it has been losing over Ksh 4 Million everyday.
All County executive committee members and chief officers will be sent on compulsory leave according to a report seen by NTV.
