Last week we talked about cognitive distortions, and how to challenge them logically, so that they lose their hold on us. This week, we're going to enlist the help of the imagination to not only silence negative thoughts, but also replace them with positive and true evaluations of ourselves.

What really matters is that you start being on your own side, consistently - because you deserve to.
