Here is a Navien high efficient 95% Tankless gas water heater we installed in Chelmsford Massachusetts. Our client had a situation where his two 50 gallon power vented steel gas water heaters both rotted out and let go flooding his basement. We removed & disposed of them. We returned with a Navien NPE-240A2 gas 95% efficient tankless water heater. Mounted it to the wall in his basement. Vented the unit outside with proper code required piping. We also installed a Aqua-Pure 904 series high capacity whole house water filter that will prevent sediment as small as 5 microns from entering the water piping system, it will prevent scale and corrosion from occurring, it also will improve taste and remove odors like chlorine.
