Even though this is not a dash cam, the officer has been charged for strangulation, theft, grand, larceny, and property damage as you can see in this video. I had told his superiors that he was out of control when he stopped me they did nothing.  the new docket date is February 20, 2024 at 2 PM in Gainesville Florida. My question is this officer admits to drunk driving as he said he was so drunk he doesn’t remember what happened. But yet he has not been charged with a DUI or DWI.and as of right now, he is still getting paid even though he is on suspension. Which I understand you are not guilty until a court finds you guilty.
