Luigi Mangione, the suspect in the murder of a UnitedHealth executive, arrived in New York City on Thursday. Mangione was transferred into NYPD custody after he waived his right to extradition proceedings at a court hearing in Pennsylvania, the state where he was arrested following a five-day manhunt.
