Fancy cycling in Timor-Leste? Be prepared for a hot, sweaty, dusty and epic adventure! Over the long weekend, we took a cycling trip from Balibo to the Capital Dili, covering 130 kilometres over 2 days, comprising two rather large hills, vast stretches of coastal roads and a whole lot of bondia and botardi greetings as we passed through villages.
