Oregon Department of Transportation crews are beginning to prepare and install new speed signs on highways in Central and Eastern Oregon.

Effective March 1, 2016 Oregon House Bill 3402 raises the speed limit on Interstate 84 and some other routes east of the Cascades. The bill was enacted by the 2015 Oregon Legislature.
