The Palestinian-Israeli conflict continued in 2024, leaving the #Gaza Strip in the grip of an unprecedented humanitarian crisis. The ongoing conflict has claimed over 45,000 Palestinian lives and more than 106,000 people have been injured.
As 2025 approaches, Malak Ahmed Youssef, a student at Khan Younis in southern Gaza, shares her heartfelt wish for the coming year. She was supposed to be a freshman this year, but because of the war, she could not continue her studies. She says she hopes to enjoy a "beautiful" university life in 2025 and achieve academic success.
