Burgess parkrun helped Josephine Ocaka and her friends integrate into their local community when they came to the UK from Uganda to start a new life.

Josephine talks to us about the love and trust that has developed amongst the 'Ugandan Crew' and the Burgess community. They have become a family, with all the women always waiting for each other at the end.
