Please read first: A flash game OFFICIALLY made by Square Enix. This is a diving game as the name suggest, and you do missions and tournaments to get rewards and money. This game does have a story, and if you die or quit, you fail the mission or tournament (which is what I showed at he beginning of the video), which you might get a game over if it's something you HAVE to do.
