The Freediving World Championships begin in just under a month and I'm in Roatan, Honduras (where they will be held) preparing dive deeper than I have before and hopefully smash some new Australian Freediving Records.

In the Competition we expect to see many national freediving records broken and hopefully some world freediving records too! The Individual Freediving World championships takes place every second year in a different location. This is the first time it has taken place in Roatan and one of the only times it has taken place in the Caribbean.

The diving conditions here are stunning The water is clear and calm. The reef is healthy and so beautiful. I've been loving fun diving on the reef in between training sessions. Oh...and training is going very well too!!! More athletes will be arriving in the next few days and another video will be ready soon!
