Cheap Chinese carbon Road Bike wheels aren’t all that bad. If they are made properly…. (And you’re not riding down a big hill or in the rain)!
This Carbon Road Bike Wheel was in for corroded alloy Spoke nipples, but I also discovered that the lacing pattern was incorrect for the way the rim was drilled.
This is often very common with wheel builders that don’t check the orientation or the direction of Spoke drillings in bicycle rims.
As a bonus, I thought I would share a must have bladed Spoke tool by DT Swiss. I also have a pillar version. And a Campagnolo/ Fulcrum version.
