Today I’m gonna share this, matcha & red bean paste steam bun
Cooking time: approximately 20mins
《For 8buns, You will need》(1tsp=5ml, 1 tbsp=15ml )
200g self-rising flour
(200g plain flour + 2 tsp baking powder)
1tbsp matcha
2 eggs
6 tbsp sugar
200ml milk
8 tbsp red bean paste

《method》
1. sift self-rising flour and matcha
2. beat the eggs
3. add sugar and mix
4. add milk and mix
5. add flour and matcha
8. mix it until the flour dissolves
9. pour 1 tbsp of mixture to party pans
10.add 1 tbsp of red bean paste
11. pour 1 tbsp of mixture
13. add little bit of red bean paste on top
14. steam with high heat for 12mins or until cooked
15. check with bamboo stock if it cooked
16. it's done if nothing sticked

You can get red bean paste from asian grocery store.
Canned red bean past is very convenient.
