A top Indian army commander claimed on Tuesday that Pakistan and its spy agency, Inter-Services Intelligence, was involved in the terror attack on a security convoy in India's Jammu and Kashmir province last week. At least 40 Indian paramilitary personnel were killed last Thursday in the suicide car bombing which was claimed by Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad terror group.
