🛒 You’ll need
.
✔️large carrots
✔️ large parsley roots
✔️olive oil
✔️salt
✔️ground coriander
METHOD
1.Wash carrots and parsley. Don’t peel. Cut. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper (for easy clean-up).
2.Toss carrots and parsley with olive oil, salt coriander.
3.Arrange carrots and parsley in a single layer.
4.Bake for 40 minutes. I will suggest turning on “grill” mode for the last 10 minutes to get "fries" texture
5.Serve as a snack or a side dish
