I personally have been playing Tarkov for almost 6 years now. Which is wild to think about. And the game was very difficult to learn back then. However, it feels as though being a new player to the game in 2023 would prove much more challenging. More maps, bosses, items, money sinks; there are so many new elements to the game when compared to even just a couple of years ago. And while information is a lot more available for players, executing on what the information tells you to do is a whole different beast. In some areas, it has gotten easier, but overall, the new player experience in 2023 is still really hard in Tarkov.
