At the end of World War 2, there were a number of former commandants of concentration camps who were brought for their executions after being condemned for war crimes or crimes against humanity. One of those who is lesser known is Karl Rahm who served as the Commandant of Theresienstadt Concentration Camp in Czechoslovakia. He was a man who was known for his brutality, and he would inflict a significant amount of torture and suffering onto the inmates.
At the end of the conflict, Rahm tried to escape any form of punishment and he was captured before he stood trial in the lands of his greatest crimes. He was a man who was responsible for the deaths of thousands of people during the Second World War.
