We’ve started running our Forest School training again, so thought we would share a raw lecture about what we carry in our Forest School emergency bag (affectionately known as ‘Alan’!).
Forest School can take place in a variety of different outdoor locations, some may be classified as ‘remote’ for first aid purposes, so it is important to carry equipment that could help if an emergency occurs. Please consult guidance from the Health and Safety Executive (UK) www.hse.gov.uk regarding adequate and appropriate first aid requirements.
If you are currently doing your Forest School training or already a Forest School Leader looking to brush up on your Forest School skills I hope this video helps you develop your Forest School activities and practice.
