Dry Meethi Seviyan Recipe| Seviyan ka Zarda| Sweet Vermicelli |Eid Special Dessert with great tips ❗️
INGREDIENTS:
Vermicelli packet : One packet
Ghee : Two and a half table spoon (total )
Green Cardamon : four pieces
Sugar : 2/3rd of a cup
Mixed nuts: As per your choice
Milk pack cream: One pack
RECIPE :
Take one pan on low medium heat. Add two tablespoon of ghee
then after one minute, add 4 green cardamon and fry it for one minute.
then add crushed vermicelli in it and fry it for two minutes. Then add one cup of water ( water must be at room temperature). Then add 8 tablespoon of milk in it.
Mix it well and then cover it for 10 minutes.
Then add 2/3rd cup of sugar and mix it well.
then cover it for five more minute.
In another pan add half tablespoon of ghee and fry nuts in it for two
minutes and keep it aside,
Now add these nuts in it and mix it well.
Reserve some nuts for garnish.
Now serve this in a beautiful serving dish of your own choice.
finally garnish it with milk pack heavy cream and nuts and serve it :)
