Colocasia Stems - 25 to 30
Tamarind - big lemon size
Salt - as to taste
Jaggery - 2 tbs
Green chilli - 7 to 8
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4th tsp
Curry leaves

For Seasoning:
Garlic flakes - 7 to 8
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli - 1
Oil - 1 tbs
