The Good Wood Guys is an urban sawmill, custom build shop, and retail hardwoods store located in Great Falls, MT. We specialize in urban lumber, making it our mission to keep valuable hardwood logs from entering the lanfill. We work with area landowners and contractors to repurpose trees that have come to the end of their lives and create heirlooms from these unique pieces.
We utilize the off-cuts for smaller projects like this one to help ensure that Good Wood does not go to waste.
We love to educate people on the urban lumber movement, and we host weekly sawmill demonstrations to share our love of hardwood wood with others.
