Took a field trip to see what Doug Mehrens was up to at the Encaustic Arts Institute and found out he is constructing the largest Museum of Encaustic Art in its place. He is transforming this beautiful space on Agua Fria Street from a gallery to a museum and teaching facility for both adults and children. ~ Ron Whitmore
