With the Aether Storyline set to conclude in Black Ops 4 Zombies DLC Season, it seems like there will be no happy ending for the Primis crew as they battle Dr. Monty in the Finale!

Back in Shadows of Evil we got one of the most puzzling quotes in the Zombies storyline up to that point telling us that "Primis Will Fail". With the cycle broken in Blood of the Dead this quote takes on an whole new meaning moving forward into the Zombies Storyline. We have versions of Primis right now preparing to fight Dr Monty in the final DLC map, which version of these crew, if not both, will fail is a huge plot method for how Treyarch will end the Aether story. We have our O4 characters killed off in the past, mainly in the BO3 DLC season, but those were not permanent. Now in Black Ops 4 with the cycle broken deaths will start to mean something, with the possibility of Primis being entirely ended in the finale a real possibility.
But there is a hope, a light in the darkness, that "Ultimis Will Prevail". That though Primis will Fail the originally four Zombies characters will emerge victories in the final battle to conclude the Zombies Storyline victories, a potent call-back to the history of mode and a perhaps fitting send off.
