Ingredients:-
Garlic - 12 pod
Pepper - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Tamarind - small gooseberry size
Tomato - 2nos
Red chilly - 4nos
Jaggery - 1/2tsp (optional)
Oil - 1tsp
Mustard - 1tsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Method:-
First coarsely grind garlic,pepper and jeera
Take a pan add tamarind paste, tomato,coarsely grind powder or paste,salt ,jaggery and mix it well.
Now switch on the stove and keep the pan in the stove.
When it comes in the boiling point switch of the stove.
Now seasoned and serve with rice
