Video captures multiple utility poles down in this part of Springfield, Oregon in Lane County. The ice storm that slammed western Oregon hit Springfield hard. The city experienced downed trees, extended power outages and a boil water advisory notice because of damage to the city's utility board's electrical system.
Gov. Kotek issued a state of emergency in Lane County on Tuesday to make additional resources available.
