Let's take a quick look at the Inrico B01. This is a cheap chinese bluetooth microphone that is compatible with Zello PTT / Real PTT, other VoIP apps and network radios available on the market like:

It may work with other Bluetooth enabled network / packet radio devices.

When tested with Echolink with not much success, the PTT seems to be inactive.
Microphone has a crystal clear audio despite the small build-in speaker. Long battery life. Surprisingly comes with 2000mAh Li-Ion battery. Box says it is 1000mAh.
The microphone works well with Android OS but not very well with iOS. Inrico has released version for iOS which should work with iPhone and iPad devices. I haven't tested it.
