The company launched over 10 models, including the all-electric E70 sedan and the Huge hybrid SUV. Dongfeng plans to expand its lineup of New Energy Vehicles in Latin America, focusing on hybrid engines and fast charging technologies.

From January to November 2024, Dongfeng sold 780,000 New Energy Vehicles globally, a 73.3% increase from last year. The company has also been expanding internationally, introducing its M-Hero I electric off-road model in Dubai last November.

BYD, another Chinese automaker, aims to sell 100,000 Electric Vehicles in Mexico by 2025.
