Shadow Priest Animations in 7.3 Reaction! Shadow Priests (and other casters) are getting updated casting and spell animations in the upcoming Legion Patch 7.3. Shadow Priest is rather close to my heart so I'm including my reactions along with the updated 7.3 Spriest animations and some before/after comparisons. This video of the 7.3 Shadow Animations is from the Legion Patch 7.3 PTR and what you see is not final.

I started with the updated Shadow Priest animations because that's what I'm personally most looking forward to in Patch 7.3 but I enjoyed making this so much that I might look into the other classes.

Casting and Spell animations are being updated in 7.3 for all the caster classes including Mage, Warlock, Shadow Priest and more. I was hoping to see caster weapons used in the 7.3 Caster Animation updates. Maybe other classes or specs get to use their weapons in their 7.3 spell and casting animation updates! In any case I'm very excited to get to use these new casting and spell animations for shadow priests in 7.3 once it goes live after the (so far unannounced) Patch 7.3 release date.
