It's been forever since I did an Axial SCX24 video. The Hot Racing rock racer chassis build lives on and is as good as ever. Let's do some laps while the temperatures plummet to -15F.
What can I say about this little thing? It's probably the closest thing to an actual robot that I own. It's, by far, the most unique machine. It has a mind of its own, it will climb up anything, and has in many ways, more capabilities than even my 1/10 rigs. It has the most life-like crawling ability than any of my other rigs. This rig has a long history of being a very solid runner of the fleet. It turns on and is ready to go every time I flip the switch.
If you don't have an SCX24, buy one and build something like this. A low CG, a rock racer, something that will show you what REAL crawlers can do, large or micro. These will teach you what good wheel placement and off axis power moves will get you for results. {Which is also why I like running the RC4WD 1:18 Jeep so much recently, that thing is basically training tool)
Anyway, I'm rambling again! Thank you very much for stopping by and checking this one out.
Stay warm out there!
