The Pioneer 100.
Last month I had a chance to run Alex Gibbs' race, Pioneer 100 in Southern Chilcotins. A foot race in the remote part of BC. Different distances to choose, from 50km to 160km. Because this area is remote and grizzly territory we ran in a group. I was with Brano and Max. Running through the night was tough as we all sleep deprived. I ended up running 124km. Max and Brano decided to exit at Gun/Jewel Creek, and I ran 28km solo to cover the Eldorado/Cinnabar area. This is paradise for running in BC.
