Cheese Crinkles are soft, fudge-like cookie that are wrapped in a generous coating of confectioners sugar. The name "Crinkle" refers to how the powdered sugar "crinkles" or "cracks" as the cookies bake.

For this recipe , you will need
1. All Purpose Flour : 2 cups
2. Sugar : 1 cup
3. Baking powder : 1 teaspoon
4. Vanilla Essence : 1 teaspoon
5. Grated Cheese : 2 cups ( I used a brand cald emmental râpé fondant. you may use grated Cheddar or parmesan or any unsalted cheese)
6. Icing Sugar : 1 cup
7. Eggs : 2
8. Butter : 100 grams/1/2 cup
