Mark the occassion with a cake cutting ceremony, as seen in a video shared on social media. The centenary celebration was reportedly organised by Cultural Heritage Council. Raj Kapoor was born on December 14 at the Kapoor Haveli in Qissa Khwani Bazaar, Peshawar. He was born as Shrishti Nath Kapoor to Prithviraj Kapoor and Ramsarni Kapoor. He began his film career in independent India and went on to become 'The Greatest Showman of Indian Cinema'. The Kapoor family celebrated his 100th birth anniversary by organising RK Film Festival.
