In this video, I go through how to enable and use Siri with 3rd Party applications, which is a feature introduced in iOS 10. I use 'Skype' as a demonstration, but this they process for setting all Siri-enabled apps to work is identical. The commands which Siri recognises for each application will be different, but the app or app help and support should be able to guide you on the different commands which you can use within Siri to interact with it.
