Hello I'm Joan and this book is called Tall Bones by Anna Bailey. Now if you like a really good atmospheric slightly creepy mystery thriller Then this one's for you. I really loved it. It's set in a small town I guess its fictional called Whistling Ridge in Colorado. And it's one of those places where there's not much for the kids to do so the teenagers congregate at a place outside town called the Tall Bones. And one night Emma and her friend Abbey go there and when Emma leaves she doesn't realise that it's the last time she's ever going to see Abby alive. Well as I said this is a very small claustrophobic town and when they start to try and find out what's happened to Abbey, All sorts of things start to emerge from the woodwork. It's a place where everyone goes to church on Sunday but the religious hypocrisy is rife. Where if you just scratch the surface, secrets start to emerge and there are families in this town with secrets up to their eyeballs. It's really, really good.
