How I made my new wide-band beret hat for cold weather. I tested several designs to get the perfect beret shape I wanted. All the pieces are cut on bias for better drape.

Material I used:
Outer fabric: brushed mid-weight cotton
Lining fabric: cotton flannel
1.25” wide flat elastic
