I’ve owned the Eastwood Classic 4 for 5 years now and I can safely say that it doesn’t lose its charm. It’s a super fun, quirky simple bass to play and is a great source for inspiration. If you’re a bassist looking to expand and purchase another instrument to add to your collection, this is a great type of bass to have. Semi hollow, floating bridge, short scale, etc. - it’s a bit of a one trick pony, but one that you’ll enjoy I think, especially when it can be found so cheap online.

By no means am I trying to sell you on this instrument, but I am trying to suggest that a semi hollow bass like this is something that every bassist needs to have in his/her arsenal. Every now and then you’ll encounter a situation that this type of bass really comes in handy for. There are many other brands/models that serve the purpose, but this is just the one that I personally chose.
