Ingredients:
220g unsalted butter
120g sugar
400g flour
110g eggs (2 eggs)
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
1 In a mixer bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2 Add the flour, salt and eggs, mixing well on a low speed. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3 Put the dough to the fridge for at least 2 hours. Then cut the dough into slam pieces and make small dough balls from it.
Shape the Cookies:
1 Preheat a special walnut-shaped cookie mold (or an electric nut cookie maker).
2 Take dough balls (7-8g) and put them into the molds to form the walnut shell shapes. Be careful not to overfill, as the dough will expand slightly during baking.
Bake:
1 Bake the cookies until they are golden brown. About 3-4mins.
2 Allow the cookies to cool slightly before carefully removing them from the mold. Set them aside to cool completely.
Fill with Sweetened Condensed Milk:
1 Once the cookie shells are cool, fill each half with sweetened condensed milk or a filling of your choice.
2 Press two halves together to form a complete "walnut."
Your walnut-shaped cookies are now ready to serve! Enjoy them with tea, coffee, or as a sweet treat on their own.
