🖋️ I keep forgetting you can do this with the delete anchor point tool selected. Just hold down shift before you delete and Illustrator does its best to redraw the curve and leave it where it was! Obviously it has its limits. The curve has to have enough anchor points to be possible. But still… CRAZY handy.
