3-4 medium pers

sweet pastry dough:
180g flour
3 egg yolks
70g sugar
2g salt
75g full fat butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

almond cream:
100g almonds
110g unsalted butter at room temp.
100g sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
15g flour

Bake at 200c for 15min then at 180c for 30min
