Seville cathedral and Plaza de Espana are not far from where the bus stops at city centre. It's just a quick and you'll get to the place where Flamenco dancing activities are taking place.
Public (city) buses are what I use to get around places I visit. You just need to download the schedule (or get it from your hotel desk), note the stop # (parada #), buy the ticket (online or sometimes from your hotel, or carry some coins). Here I used Spanish public transport to travel across Sevilla Spain including City center (where Santa Justa train station is - same point for taking the Sevilla airport shuttle).
