Nasi Tomato
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Basmati rice (India Gate)
1/2 can Tomato puree (Ayam Brand)
1/2 can Evaporated milk
2 tbsp Ghee
3 cups Mutton stock {Adjust accordingly)
{Alternatively beef or chicken stock}
Fried Onions - { 1/4 cup oil}
Fry 4 large onions or 20 shallots
Mix spices
1 cinnamon
2 star anise
3 cardamons
3 cloves
2 bay leaves
Other ingredients:
2 onions {slice]
5 garlic & 4 cm ginger {pound}
3 green chillies
Optional : 1/2 tsp Briyani Mix {National Brand)
{Alternatively 1 tsp Soup Spice Mix)
