The conference on Coaching Transformational Teachers and Leaders, co-hosted by Teach First NZ: Ako Mātātupu and Teach For All, brought together 32 training & support program leaders across 13 partners in the Asia Pacific region for a four-day immersive experience in Auckland, New Zealand. The objective of this exchange was to delve deep into transformational coaching, inspire attendees to envision what that might look like in their home contexts, and help program leaders make more informed choices in their own training and development.
