Bombay veg sandwich is a healthy vegetable sandwich recipe inspired from Mumbai street style sandwich, I have also given a recipe to prepare a flavorful sandwich masala and the coriander mint chutney or the sandwich chutney...it tastes delicious.
Ingredients:
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp amchur powder/dry mango powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black salt
1 tsp chaat masala
Butter
Water
Bread slices
Think sliced vegetables:
Boiled potatoes
Onions
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Beetroot
