James: Manager, what do you have there?
Michael: Well you know leader how the economy's been really challenging lately?
James: Mm-hmm (affirmative), yeah.
Michael: Morals been so low at work?

James: Yeah, absolutely. This is exciting.

James: Shouldn't your people smile though because they actually are happy?
Michael: I don't understand.
