In today's video, I blind-taste test 8 Chinese light soy sauces on a quest to find the BEST light soy sauce in the world... or at least local to me. Join me as I compare flavors, textures, and overall taste to crown the ultimate winner!

I've ranked all the soy sauces below with 1-4 being a strong buy, 5 being acceptable for cooking, and 6-7 are a hard pass.

*note* as this is a Chinese style soy sauce test you won’t see Kikkoman in this list. They’re not used for the same thing.
