I have always wondered why bread knives have serrated edges.
and does it have to be serrated?
So I compared two knives(Slicer and Bread knife) to understand why bread knives are serrated.
【My conclusion】
I prefer slicer for soft bread and serrated bread knife for hard bread like baguette.
