One such point is located on your forearm, between the tendons and about 3 fingers away from your wrist. Gently press and massage it in circular or up-and-down motions for 5 minutes before bedtime. This point is known to help with insomnia. Try it on your left wrist!
And that's not all!
There's also another point on your left arm, just below the pinky finger on the outer wrist crease. Press and massage it gently in circular or up-and-down motions for 2 to 3 minutes before sleeping.
