30ml VKAT Original
30ml Coffee Glades liqueur
15ml Orange Glades liqueur
30ml Fresh coffee shot
15ml homemade chocolate liqueur

Directions |
Scorch an orange slice with kitchen blow torch or place slices on baking tray in oven for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate and rim martini glass and dip orange slice. Place glass in freezer whilst you prepare cocktail. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake vigorously to create foam. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with orange slice. Cheers!

Homemade Chocolate liqueur – Combine 2/3 cup cacao nibs and 2 cups VKAT Original in a large glass jar. Shake and then let steep for 1 week. When week is over, bring 1 ½ cups sugar and ½ water to a simmer until sugar is dissolved. Let syrup cool, then add to jar with 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Shake and steep for an additional day. Strain out nibs through a sieve and then filter through coffee filter into a bottle or jar for storage. Chocolate liqueur will keep in fridge for 2-3 weeks. Use for cocktails, desserts and more!
