Srinagar, Feb 05 (ANI): Fresh bout of snowfall in the Kashmir Valley since last night is crippling the daily lives of people as they are facing many problems. Many parts of the Valley are living in dark without electricity since Saturday night. This is the fourth snowfall since January 6 due to which more than 20 people, including 15 Army jawans, were killed. The Srinagar-Jammu National Highway, which was partially opened, was again closed for vehicular traffic on Sunday.
