These are some great gentle "after c section exercises" to ease back into workouts after a c section. They are also great for helping to mobilise your scar.
Your scar should be fully heled before doing these exercises - normally around 6 weeks postpartum. Prior to that you want to focus on breathing work, gentle stretches and desensitizing your scar.
